ASKTERRA Beta Testing Program – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating in the beta testing program (“Beta Program”) for ASKTERRA (“App”), developed by RedCastle Resources (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Your participation is voluntary, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Beta App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
Participation in the Beta Program is by invitation only. To be eligible, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction);

Be selected by RedCastle Resources;

Agree to comply fully with these Terms.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke Beta access at our sole discretion at any time and for any reason.

2. License Grant and Restrictions
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Beta App solely for the purposes of testing, evaluation, and feedback.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;

Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;

Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the App or its related materials.

3. Confidentiality
By participating, you agree that all non-public information relating to the App is confidential and proprietary to RedCastle Resources. This includes, but is not limited to:

Features, functionality, design, performance, user interface, documentation, source code, and pricing;

Feedback, usage data, or performance analytics;

Any other information shared with you in the course of testing.

You agree not to disclose, share, or publicize any such information without our express written permission. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect for two (2) years from the date of your participation or until the information is no longer confidential, whichever occurs first.

4. Data Collection and Privacy
By using the Beta App, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of data including:

Your username and interactions with the App;

Bug reports, performance data, and usage patterns.

This data is used to improve the App, test functionality, and conduct internal research. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

5. Feedback
Your feedback is essential and appreciated. By submitting any suggestions, ideas, or reports, you grant RedCastle Resources a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, incorporate, and distribute your feedback in any way we choose, without compensation or acknowledgment.

6. No Warranties
You acknowledge that the Beta App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or performance. The App may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RedCastle Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Beta App;

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.

8. Termination
We may, at any time and for any reason:

Modify or terminate the Beta Program with or without notice;

Revoke or suspend your participation and access to the App.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the Beta App and delete any related confidential materials in your possession.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Utah state, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Utah.

You have read and understood these Terms;

You accept the invitation voluntarily;

You will comply with all requirements herein;
